Carol E. Daubert, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. She was born in Oshkosh on April 13, 1933, the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Sweet. She was married to DuWayne Daubert, who preceded her in death in 2001. She enjoyed traveling to various destinations with DuWayne. Volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul, reading, and solving puzzles were among her favorite activities. Carol will be remembered for the love she had for her family, especially her grandchildren.

Carol is survived by her daughters: Lynne (Mark Wesenberg) Daubert and Karen (Steve) Salzer; granddaughter, Nicole Salzer; step-granddaughter, Becky (Gregg) Sitter and their children: Ashley Sitter, and her daughter Bailee, and Ryan Sitter, and his daughter, Brooklynn. She was preceded in death by her husband, DuWayne; daughter, Gail Daubert; her parents; grandson, Travis; sister, Eileen (Lyle) Miller; and brother, Norbert Sweet.

A visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2023 at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, St. Peter’s Site, 435 High Ave., Oshkosh, with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
