Julieanna Catherine Ehrenberg, age 99, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, surrounded by family and friends at her home at the Waterford in Oshkosh. She was born on September 23, 1921, the daughter of the late Albert and Amy Mae (Knapp) Hazelwood. In the Town of Lind, Waupaca County, Wisconsin. She graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1939. She was a senior member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Julie was a loving and generous wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, great, great-grandmother and friend for many until her health started to decline. Grandma was always generous with family. From the time she sent me $500 to cover the deductible when she learned my windshield was cracked, to the time she ALMOST sent money to London, England, because she believed the phone impostor impersonating one of her grandsons who claimed he needed money wired to get out of jail there. Thank goodness, Mom stopped her in time!
