Obituary for Loretta Jane Liddle (Weymouth)
Loretta J. (Weymouth) Liddle, age 97, passed away on February 1, 2024, peacefully at Aurora Medical Center, Oshkosh. She was born on July 24, 1926. To parents, Harry and Edna (Lett) Weymouth, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
On March 2, 1951, she married the love of her life, Rowland Liddle. They spent many wonderful years together until his passing in 2007. Together they raised a son, Randall “Randy” Liddle.
Loretta enjoyed baking meals and desserts weekly for her family and friends. Her most famous dish was her potato salad and barbeque. Family was very important to her, she loved helping raise her grandson, Jeff, making sure he was fed and off to school each morning on time. She will be remembered as a very caring, compassionate, and selfless person to all.
She is survived by her son, Randall (Susan) Liddle; grandson, Jeff (Angel) Liddle; great-grandson, JJ Liddle; and many other family and friends.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Rowland Liddle; parents; one brother; and five sisters.
Per her wishes, a private family service was held.
