To all the family and friends of Ryan, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I worked with Ryan at PolyOne and he was a talented HR professional and a dedicated, wonderful colleague. He had a great sense of humor and I always enjoyed talking with him and especially loved hearing about Ellie May. I told Ryan that our weekly catch-up conference calls were like having virtual coffee together, so he started titling the meetings in the online calendar. They started as “Coffee (or Tea) with Ryan,” then “Toast and Jam with Ryan”, then “Croissants and Chocolates with Ryan” and got funnier from there on out. The best one was “Skittles and Dr. Pepper with Ryan.” He always made me smile. I hope that the happy memories you all have of Ryan will lift you during this hard time.
