Obituary for Susan Jane Andre (Reichenberger)
Susan Jane Andre, 66, passed away January 13, 2022. She was born August 1, 1955 to Theodore and Harriet Reichenberger in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Susan graduated from Oshkosh High in 1973 and went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science. On July 25, 1986 she married Richard Andre, they shared 34 years of marriage together. Susan worked at Scarlet’s, which became The Rail, and then went on to work at Red’s Pizza. She also worked for over 30 years in the Oshkosh Area School District.
She enjoyed crafting, sewing, spending time with her family, especially the kids and grandkids; collecting Elvis memorabilia, owls, and snowmen, she loved working in her flower garden and going to demolition derbies.
Susan is survived by her children, Richard (Ann) Andre Jr., Theodore (Jen) Andre, Angela (Jessie Amons) Andre, Casey (Kaitlin) Andre; grandchildren, Nicky, Lillian, Abree, Roselyn and Dominic; sisters, Debbie Reichenberger, Lisa Reichenberger; brother, Norman (Nancy) Reichenberger; she is further survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Preceding her in death, husband, Richard Andre Sr.; and her parents, Theodore and Harriet.
A celebration of life will be held at Seefeld Funeral Home, 1025 Oregon Street, Oshkosh. Visitation will be on Friday, January 21, from 5pm to 8pm, and again from 9am to 10am on Saturday January 22, with service to follow and burial at Riverside Cemetery.
