Obituary for Wilbert James Sennhenn, Sr.

Wilbert James  Sennhenn, Sr.
Wilbert “Jim” “Will” J. Sennhenn, Sr., age 74, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on July 12, 1943 the son of the late Wilbert and Verna (Pultz) Sennhenn. On August 31, 1968 he married LuAnn White in Beaver Dam. Jim retired from Axle Tech as a machinist in 2010. He was known to be a fisherman, enjoyed playing pool, and did some woodwork. He will be remembered for the love he had for his family and being a good friend to everyone.

Jim is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lu; children: Donald Sennhenn, Wilbert “Jim” (fiancée, Katie Bowman) Sennhenn, Jr., Angela Sennhenn; grandchildren: Ann-Marie Ashcraft, William James Ashcraft and Kitty Ashcraft; great-grandchildren: Aiden, Isabelle and Whitney; brother-in-law: Dr. E. R. Taake; and other family members and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ethel “Dolly” Taake.

A visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. Charles Davis officiating. Memorials in Jim’s name may be given directly to Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
