Obituary for Betty Jean Buelter (Trinko)

Betty Jean Buelter (Trinko)
Betty Jean Buelter, 85, passed away peacefully April 23, 2018, at Tower View Villa Assisted Living Home in Rosendale, WI. Betty was born in Tilleda, Wisconsin, on January 11, 1933, daughter of Willard and Adelia Trinko. In 1951 she married Albert “Bud” Buelter in Tilleda. The couple lived and worked throughout the United States, eventually settling in Oshkosh to raise their daughter, Roxanne.
Betty was very proud of her long career in Human Resources Management at Miles Kimball Company. In retirement, she enjoyed frequent gambling trips, outings, and theater performances, making life-long friends along the way. After the loss of her husband of 65 years in 2016, Betty was comforted by and enjoyed time with her circle of close friends, including Synda Jones, Barbara Sullivan, Ray Keck, Debbi Wegner, and her side-kick on gambling expeditions, “Buck” Sabel.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Beverly; brothers, Jerry and Lee; her husband, Albert “Bud;” and her beloved Christmas Angel, Roxanne Ulrich. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Rita and Florence Trinko; son-in-law, Phil Ulrich; and nieces and nephews, including Steve (Sandy) Sanders of Oshkosh.
Interment will occur next to Albert and Roxanne at Lake View Memorial Park Mausoleum in Oshkosh. A private memorial is being planned for family and friends. Synda and Barb would like to especially thank Carla Nemetz and the dedicated, caring staff at Tower View Villa who became Betty’s family during the past four months. You truly made the last months of her journey on this earth a little easier.
