Bea was born on October 16, 1923, to the late Frank and Elizabeth Kimball of Oshkosh. She married Austin Toney on April 21, 1943. They lived in Oshkosh until 1952 when they moved to Manitowoc. Bea returned to Oshkosh after her retirement in 1988 to be close to her many wonderful brothers and sisters.
Bea was preceded in death by her husband, Austin; her brothers William Kimball, Carlton Kimball and George Kimball, all of Oshkosh; and her sisters Dorothy Fribicki, Clara Felda and Mary Jezwinski of Oshkosh. Survivors also included her loving brother, Harry Kimball, and sister, Betty Foote, of Oshkosh.
Bea left this world a better place with her loving desire to help those close to her and making life as beautiful as she could for everyone around her. She has been an inspiration to those who knew her for overcoming great obstacles and pain in her too short life. More recently, Bea had been a resident of Simeanna in Oshkosh for 15 years after her retirement. She was very active in her community, participating and organizing events. She was an avid bowler and leaves behind many dear friends.
We were all blessed to have Bea in our lives. Her kind and gentle spirit will never be forgotten by any of those who knew her. She was such a special woman. She was loved so much and will be forever in our hearts.
