Obituary for Ronald E. Rockow
Ronald E. Rockow, age 63, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. He was born on March 18, 1953 the son of Robert and Mary (Theuret) Rockow. Ron was a CNC machinist, working for Kingsbury Inc. in Oshkosh and more recently for Mid Valley Industries in Kaukauna. He enjoyed playing chess, coin collecting, and was an avid fisherman. Ron will be remembered for his giving nature, intelligence and willingness to share a good story.
Ron is survived by his parents, Robert Sr. and Mary Rockow; brother, Robert Jr. (Patricia) Rockow; sister, Roxanne (Scott) Parker; the mother of his children, Deborah Case; his son, Brad (Jasmine) Rockow; and nieces, nephews and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda Rockow.
A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Seefeld Funeral Home. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
The family expresses a special thank you to Dr. Strait and his team at Aurora Hospital in Oshkosh.
