Condolences

Condolence From: Mary Lou Rusch Koepp
Condolence: Sorry to hear of Carol's death. She was an amazing woman and did a wonderful job of representing the people in her community and the Welch settlement. My mother, Hallie Rusch, was a great supporter of Carol Owens. I had a nice visit with your mother a couple years ago while having lunch at the Roxy. I remember best sharing a box lunch with her and my mother in the cemetery of Bethesda Church at, I believe, the 175th anniversary of the church. The lunches were auctioned off by Bill Jones and Tom Rusch. Our prayers are with your family at this difficult time. (Farragut, Tennessee)

Condolence: To Carol's Family, My thoughts and prayers go out to you on the loss of your mom. I have very fond memories of Carol. She was my first introduction to state politics and she made it so less scary. She was a tremendous help to the Wisconsin Council on Problem Gambling in 2001 in helping restore our state funding. We will always be grateful to her and keep her in our hearts.

Condolence: Carol''s family can always be extremely proud of her. I came to know her when i was elected to the Board for the Town of Oshkosh. I would talk with Carol at county and district events and learned a lot from her. I always respected her in every way... as an official of course, but also as a mother, a She was an excellant example for me. I''ll miss her.

Condolence: I met Carol at a Druids meeting a number of years ago, saw her often at cymanfaoedd canu at Pickett and at meetings of the St. David's Society of Oshkosh, and came to admire her as a true public servant. I know that she served in the Wisconsin State Assembly to SERVE HER CONSTITUENCY, a trait to be admired greatly! She was a role model for people of Wisconsin and will be missed.

Condolence: Dear Loanne and family,
Please accept my sincere sympathy on the death of your mother. She was a highly respected long-serving successful lawmaker and obviously a caring and dedicated mom. I appreciated working with her over many years in her role as a County Board supervisor and I pray that you will take comfort in knowing that her many achievements in life are widely regarded and also that her success and drive have also influenced your many successes in life.

Condolence: Lynette, Loanne, Matthew and Michelle,
I was shocked when I saw your Mom's obituary in the paper. I kept meaning to come out and see her, she wanted me to go through some old pictures with her and life just got in the way.
Your mom was a wonderful lady and will be missed by all who knew her.
